otherwise...if you are anyhwere near the store...try the door...if it's not locked...then we are open

Do you take credit cards?
we now as of a few months ago take credit cards! yippe ya hoo. larry is becoming a pro! online i can't do it so paypal online and in store either cash or credit card.

Do you have everything in stock that is on the site?

almost. i am going thru the site each and every day looking for stuff that might be gone. when we opened this new site we just took everything over from the old store...some of the stuff stuck with us....to be safe...if there is a picture of the item...you can be sure we have it. no pic....ask please before paying

yup 0706433762....we don't have a regular phone as yet, so for now it's just my cell....i like smsing more than talking just so ya know

how about special orders? i know you have pretty much everything a person could ever dream of....but what if i have some very special cd or film or book that i cannot find? will you help me?

yes and no.
of course i will help you....i like you. BUT...now i gotta start being a hard guy. too many times i have spent toooo much of my time searching for things for someone...who then after i get back to them say....oooo i don't have the money now, i was just interested.
PEOPLE....this is my job...i work hard here. i just cannot be your private librarian without pay. no more mr nice guy.
these are the rules from here on. feel free to ask about me looking into a film or cd or book for you. but before i do any work...make sure you put 100 kronor into my account...either the bankgiro or the paypal. i will then do my very best to find your dreams. i will always look for the best price.
if you are happy and wish to purchase your dream..i will then deduct 50 kronor from the price. if you decide you don't want it or cannot afford. then i get 100 kronor for my work. trust me...this is fair.

What other payment options are there?
you can also pay to our swedish bankgiro account: 5440-5949. when placing an order choose "other" as the payment option. after you have completed your order you'll get a confirmation e-mail with an order id. use that order id as reference when you pay. we'll ship your products once we receive your payment.

What currency are the prices in?
all prices are specified in swedish kronor, sometimes referred to as kr, sometimes as sek.

Do the prices include taxes/vat/moms?
all prices are including swedish vat (moms).

How much do I pay for shipping?
all orders are shipped by the wonderful swedish postal services. we do our best to get the orders to you within 2 weeks at the very most. postage is 39 sek. for a normal order...heavy books and stuff please email me first so i can ask at the post office
international orders...please give me a day or two to get postage info from the post office too...swedish postage is a killer so i wanna make sure that neither of us die...so please don't be shy

Can I make special orders?
special orders... feel free to come with us if you are looking for something you cannot find. we love to hunt down hard to find things... so give us a try. our speical order policy is this... we will not order something until you confirm that the price is acceptable...

how about returns and exchanges and refunds?

god i hate those!! anyhows...first...make sure you have a region free dvd player. the films here come from all over the world and don`t always say which region they are...so best to be safe.
second...please read descriptions carefully. i really try to get you all the info you will need so you won`t be disappointed. i sell alot of dvd-r films and asian copies. they are all legal and good quality as far as i know. i have been dealing with these places for years now. so...if you are disappointed...i probably won`t be able to give you a refund..maybe an exchange....of course if the film or cd is not working...then no probs whatsoever. just mail me first so we can arrange something.ok?

i gotta eat...and my baba..she tends to have pretty good...good translates to costly tastes...so we gotta make this a win win deal.
if you promise to buy for at least 1,000 kronor. god it looks big that way...1000 kr actually looks less...that little comma adds alot.
anyhows...buy for 1000 and we subtract 15%. ..10% seems too little and 20% and baba has to buy second hand. we say 15%
