happy new years and a quick turkey recipe

quick notes
we are open wed the 30th of december from 12ish till 630ish and thursday from 12ish till the mail comes round about 3ish. after that we take a 4 day home with the baby vacation...so we say hap hap happy new years now.
monday the somethingth of january 2010 we open anew. welcome!!

anyone making a nice new years day turkey, i have used this same recipe for like 35 years now and so far noone in the family has dared tell me they have tired of it. or maybe they really like it as much as i do.
take a turkey. cook together some butter, some orange juice and some blue nun wine. baste the bird with that and make sure to have lots so you can warm it all up and have some of the coolest gravy ever.

happy new year and wow...2009 was pretty damn cool and exciting. hopin 2010 can at very least be the equal.
